PA Wellington The Top Pet Scrumpy Mongrel Dog Show for all the worst-bred mongrels will be held in Auckland on Saturday and is open to any dog of doubtful breeding at 50c an entry. Pedigree dogs are welcome but they must pay double and must not, on any account, bring their papers. Judges include Barry Crump,
with his dog, Scum, and John Gordon with his sheepdog. Peg, Proceeds will go to the S.P.C.A. Dogs will compete for the meanest looking dog at the show, the hairiest dog, the worst groomed dog, ugliest dog, the dog with loudest bark, and the dog with the most visible . hereditary varieties.
