Situations Vacant Situations Vacant FIELDING FREEZING WORKS REQUIRE ASSISTANT SALTED SKIN FOREMAN THIS POSITION in our salted skins department will be a challenging one which requires a person with a high degree of self motivation and the ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities with the minimum of control. While this department is current a salted skins operation, in the near future a wool and pelt operation will be included in this area. Applicants should preferably hold a Wool Technology Diploma or have completed at least Stage 1 of the Wool Technology Diploma cpurse. Previous supervisory experience, while not essential, would be an advantage as would previous fellmongery experience. The successful applicant however must have the ability to communicate effectively with staff of various levels in our company. An attractive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered to the successful applicant in addition to excellent fringe benefits such as staff superannuation scheme (after a qualifying period), company paid medical scheme, staff purchasing privileges. Where applicable reasonable relocation expenses will be met to the successful applicant.
