. Rises and falls were, in balance on an easier, busy New Zealand sharemarket, yesterday. E. ~ Lichtenstein lost 10c. to 390 c under profit-taking, and Wilkins and Davies rose 4c ex dividend, bonus and / rights, to 320 c. Midland was quoted buy 220 c on the Christchurch Invercargill Stock Exchange, but no $ sales were reported as investors analysed the Ceramco bid. Ceramco recovered 2c to 260 c. Visionnire continued to be actively traded at a steady 140c.after its listing last Friday. Profit-taking was evident in J Rothmans. Wattie, and New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative. ._•£
