Four from Chch in contest
A third of the finalists in this year’s Mobil Song Quest come from Christchurch.
They are Jillian bartram. Diane Low, Janette Riley (sopranos), and John Harker, (baritone). The other finalists all come from the North Island, mainly Auckland. They are Susan Boland. Isabel' Cunningham. Linden Loader, Glenese Metcalfe, Marion Olsen, Richard Phillips, Peter Stewart, and Gillian Trott.
The Mobil Song Quest final concert will be held at the Christchurch Town Hall this evening.
