Arrests
Five men and two women were arrested after they ran on to Trafalgar Park Oval during an injury stoppage in the Seddon Shield rugby match between West Coast and Nelson Bays on Saturday. The seven clambered over the low fence surrounding the embankment and ran on
to the oval, unfurling as they ran a protest banner which had been rolled up. The seven were arrested for a breach of the peace, and were released without! bail later. According to a| police spokesman it was not; known what, if any. charges) would be brought againstf them. ,
