Dead man named

. The Christchurch police have released the name of the man who died after three cars collided at the junction of Woodham Road and Kerrs Road, Wainoni. about 9 p.m. oh Monday. He was Logan Charteris, aged 48, of Yarmouth Street, Aranui. Mr Charteris, who died in Christchurch Hospital soon after the accident, was the third person to be killed on Christchurch roads during the holiday weekend. Six other persons were injured in the accident, including Jason Stone, aged 10, of Yarmouth Street, who was reported to be in . a fairly comfortable condition in the Princess Margaret Hospital last evening with chest and internal injuries.
