Formal academic quail- ' tifications in the area of j agricultural education. ;2. Demonstrated experience ; developing agricultural i curriculum materials for j secondary schools. 13. Awareness of the agricuiI tural environment of the South Pacific Region. 4. Ability to consult with regional governments to identify their requirements in the area of agricultural education for secondary schools. 5. Demonstrated ability to : implement agricultural programmes in secondary schools in developing countries and to evaluate existing programmes. Salary in accordance with qualifications and experience in the range; F 516.420 — F 517.944. In addition the University provides gratuity amounting to 15 per cent of (basic salary and a housing allowance. The University will pay an allowance in lieu of superannuation of 11) per cent of standard salary. In some leases this allowance may be (paid directly to the appointee’s existing superannuation scheme subject to a decision on acceptability of the scheme by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
