PA Wellington Decision has been reserved by the Chief Justice (Sir Ronald Davison) in a $403,009 damages claim between two Bank of New Zealand building sub-contractors. The plaintiff, W. G. Stafford and Company, Ltd, claimed against Environ
Mechanical Services Pty, Ltd, for alleged unlawful cancellation of contract and for return of plant and equipment. The dispute was in respect of a jont venture contract between the parties for electrical installation work on the B.N.Z. building in Willis Street. Wellington.
