PA Palmerston North England beat Manawatu, 57-22, in an international netball- . match at Palmerston North yesterday. England led, 24-13, at halftime, and 36-16 at the end of the third quarter, but ran away with the game as Manawatu became tired and
dispirited in the final stages.' The goal-shoot, Christine May lor, scored 36 points for England, but missed 25 other shots. Outstanding for England was the wing defence, Susan Keal, who impressed with her ball-handling, distribution and speed round the court. ’ .
