TAKE NOTICE that in respect of land occupied by you and hereunder described you are hereby required to comply with the requirements of the said Act in respect of Class B Noxious Plants specified below and growing on the said land by doing the work specified below and completing the same prior to October 14, 1981, .to the satisfaction of any Noxious Plants Officer appointed by the above Authority.

DESCRIPTION OF LAND: 1. Pt R.S. 2960 situated at the corner of Gerkins and Cossars Roads.

2. R.S. 12398 situated at Gerkins Road. CLASS B NOXIOUS PLANTS Gorse (Ulex app). Broom (Cytisus scoparlus). Boxthorn (Lycium ferocissimum). ERADICATION REQUIRED Eradicate all gorse, broom and boxthorn from Pt R.S. 2960 including adjoining roadsides, and on R.S. 12398 eradicate gorse and broom to 20 metres fom all boundaries including the boundaries and roadside.
