Mr Hall's interest in drama 1 involved him administratively ’ in the city for more than 20 yCars. fie served long periods ’ on the New Zealand Drama 1 Federation, the Repertory •Theatre Society (including a 1 term as president). the t Theatre Arts Guild and the drama committee of the ! Festival of Arts. j Broadcasting and tele--1 vision work al«o kept him busy. Shakespeare appeared 1o be a favourite of Mr Hall. He acted in 11 Shakespearean productions, including two of "The. Taming of the Shrew” and two “Tempest” productions. Mr Hall is survived bv his wife and two daughters.
