P A Dunedin An Air New Zealand flight to Wellington was forced to return to Dunedin Airport yesterday when the pilot noticed reduced power in one engine after birds struck the aircraft.

The Boeing 737 aircraft with 120 passengers op board, hit the birds as it was taking off about 8.30 a.m
