N.Z.-built tuna boat arrested
PA Whangarei A New Zealand-built tuna boat, Western Ranger, has been arrested in Port Whangarei.
The arrest order was issued in the High Court at Auckland and served on the 750-tonne boat by court officials in Whangarei. The order follows a writ by Whangarei Engineering and Construction Ltd, the builder of the vessel, claiming $300,000 for ship-building works.
