Cheese and onion pie
Pastry Base You Will Need: % cup flour 50g butter Vt' teaspoon salt 4 tablespoons water Vz teaspoon baking powder 1. Chop the butter into the dry ingredients. 2. Add w’ater until it forms a I firm ball. 3. Roll out to desired shape. Filling You Will Need: 50g grated cheese 2 eggs Vz teaspoon salt 1 small onion, chopped % cup milk
1. Heat oven to 204 deg C (400 deg F). 2. Beat the eggs and add the grated cheese. 3. Add other ingredients to the egg mixture. 4. Pour the filling into a dish lined with the pastry. 5. Bake for 30 minutes until set.
