Fun on wheels
By Sally Pepper aged 8. About a year ago I was given my first pair of roller skates. They are the strap-on type, with bright green wheels which really spin. When I first started I just
walked carefully until I had my balance. Then I learned to'swing my arms a little. It takes a lot of practice and often you crash. When you have had enough experience you have lots of fun trying to do new tricks and turns. There is always something new to try. That is why roller skating is such a fun sport.
