ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL LINCOLN WATER SUPPLY LOAN POLL PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Ellesmere County Council will be conducting a postal poll, of those persons qualified to vote, within, the Lincoln Urban Water Supply Area on Saturday, May 2, 1981, to determine whether to proceed to raise a loan for the purpose of constructing a public water supply for the Lincoln Township. It is proposed that the sum to be borrowed for the purpose be $380,000. The term of the loan to be 30 years at the appropriate interest rate specified at the time by the Local Authorities Loans Board. This rate is currently 13 per cent" per annum. Repayment of the loan shall be by equal aggregate payments of principal and interest or by the establishment of a sinking fund. It is proposed that the security for the Loan shall be a special rate of .4399 cents in the dollar on the Capital Value of all rateable property in the Lincoln Urban Water Supply Area.
