THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1977 PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PREPARE MARLBOROUGH SOUNDS MARITIME PLANNING SCHEME THE Marlborough Harbour Board in its capacity as the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Planning Authority intends to prepare a maritime planning scheme for the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Planning Area, and has pre. pared a preliminary statement setting out the principal matters which it considers should be deat with in the scheme. The statement may be inspected at the Board’s office in Auckland Street, Picton at any time between 8.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Copies of the preliminary statement have also been deposited In the Public Libraries in Blenheim. Nelson. Christchurch and Wellington. Copies of the preliminary statement may be obtained by writing to the General Manager, Marlborough Sounds Maritime Planning Authority, Box 84, Picton, and submissions hould also be posted to this address.' The Authority invites comments on the Maritime Planning Scheme.
