Multiple Sclerosis Society

Sir,—May I commend the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canterbury for the great’progress it has made in the last few years in bringing support to people with multiple sclerosis and their families.- It has wisely taken heed of its consumers and has made it possible for them to take an active and significant part in planning for further services which will be of benefit to them and those who have had multiple sclerosis diagnosed recently. With only limited finance available for welfare services, other similar organisations could follow the example of this society and consult their consumers as to what they see as most helpful for them to, resume as full a life as possible.—Yours, etc., R. TAYLOR. March 29, 1981.
