Skin, prices back
After a short period when prices improved, lamb and sheep skin prices have begun -to move down again. From Monday ail woolly lamb skins will be cheaper by 20c and all sheep skins by 10c. Shorn lamb skins will be back by varying amounts. Where it is carrying a half-kilogram of wool the shorn skin will be cheaper by 16c, where it has a kilogram of wool the price will be down by 20c but where the wool pull is I.skg the decline will be only sc. For a woolly lamb skin with o.skg of wool the new price will
be 57c, with Ikg of wool 127 c, with I.skg 197 c and with 2kg of wool 267 c.
A shorn lamb skin with o.skg of wool will now be worth 39c, with Ikg of wool 111 c and with’ I.skg of wool 202 c. - A sheep skin with o.skg of wool will now bring 45c, with Ikg 122 c, I.skg 201 c and with 2kg 275 c.
. The supplements paid- on beef next week will be unchanged at 35c a kilogram for manufacturing, 14c for bull and 7c for prime.
