Public opinion indicates that the type of facilities required should cater in the first instance for a tearoom/shop providing light meals and adequate toilets for public use, provision for first aid and a public telephone, will also be required. Submissions should include the following minimum information: (1) Immediate and long term proposals, together with estimates of total capital cost accompanied by adequate plans. (2) Evidence of the applicant’s ability to finance the project. (3) Evidence that the applicant has the necessary skill and experience to provide -the required standard of service to the public, and maintain it as a viable proposition.
