A High Court action at Auckland in which Ronald John Shadbolt claimed s2oo,ooo'damages from the Attorney-General for malicious prosecution and false imprisonment, has been abandoned. after two days of hearing. Mr Shadbolt elected to be non-suited.—(P.A.)
