Brewery proposal
PA Nelson Nelson will have its own brewery again if an application is approved by the Nelson City Council. . ‘ A former Marlborough farmer and hotel owner, Mr T. McCashin,has applied for permission to set up a small privately-owned
brewery at the Stoke premises of the old Rochdale cider factory. Mr McCashin bought the cider factory last month and has decided to continue to make the' product under the Rochdale' brand. He has confirmed that he had applied for permission to run a brewery.
