Games with a smile
Sir, — India may well be proud of its cricket team for it has showed the rest of the sporting world something it badly needed showing — that it is still possible to play a game and smile. It was thrilling on the last day of the test to hear the Wellington crowd cheering for the Indians just the same as they cheered for New Zealand, which seemed to show that even if the Indians have not won many games they have won a lot of hearts. Smile and the world smiles with you still seems to be as true as it always was. — Yours, etc. J. NEE. February 25, 1981.
