Pen-friends wanted
Sir, — On November 25 you. printed a request to those who would ■ like a Singapore pen-friend.- I replied to this and since January 16 I have received over 50 letters. Because of the cost I cannot write to them all. I wonder if any readers would Tike a pen-friend. The age range is from 12 to 16 of both sexes. The hobbies range a lot, but most common is stamp-collecting, with a few collecting bookmarks and/or postcards as well. Many enjoy sport-, and all write good English. Would anybody interested in having one please write to me with any particulars they would like the penfriend to have. I will .then send them one of the leters. —Yours, etc., LIBORIA BdS. 24 Main Street, Oxford. February 7, 1981.
