Mooney married
Greymouth reporter The former X'C'est Coast rugby league representative centre, Greg Mooney, confined to a wheelchair since he was injured in a match against Wellington in 1979, was married in Greymouth on Saturday afternoon. He and his wife, She former Miss Anne Goodall, will move into their new home in Nolan Crescent, Gieymouth, which is near completion. After his injury, a radio appeal raised almost $40,000. Mooney was, at the time of his accident, planning to build his new home. The plans were altered to allow wider
access to rooms, and a lift was provided. Various groups gave help, including carpenters and painters, and other friends and helpers.
