The Christchurch Drainage Board has accepted a tender for the installation of stormwater piping in Barrington Street.” John Blackler Contractors, Ltd, submitted a tender of $364,599 for the pipeline, which will run from Wilderness Drain to Hammond Place. The highest tender received was $782,432.
