Seat buckles suspect
PA Wellington A small quantity of child buckles used in production of General Motors “Child Love Seats” may be defective in the release mechanism, making the buckle difficult to undo, said General Motors yesterday.
i The suspect buckles have i been used only on seats prof duced in November. It has 8 been decided to replace the 1 buckles on those seats. About ’ 450 seats are involved and 5 are identifiable by serial number. J. .
