Virtual test side named
NZPA’ London The Kiwis manager, Mr Ces Mountford, has named virtually a test team to play France under-24 at Pamiers this evening. The hooker, Howard Tamati, replaces Alan Rushton, who is still out with a knee injury after going off with rib cartilage trouble in the first test against France. The West Coaster, Tony Coll, who went off in the
first game against Roanne, is in the team for tonight's match. The New Zealand side is: •Mike O’Donnell, Gary Prohm, John Whittaker, James L’euluai, Dane O’Hara, Fred Ah Kuoi, Gordon Smith, Mark Broadhurst, Howard Tamati, Kevin Tamati, Graeme West, Tony Coll, Mark Graham (captain). The reserves have not yet been named.
