Amendment ‘important’
PA Wellington The Government intended introducing Matrimonial Proerty Amendment Bill this session, said the Prime Minister (Mr Muldoon) yesterday. The legislation would govern the manner ■ in which separate property which was subsequently sold and the proceeds reinvested, should be dealt with. “If is. not a big amendment, is important one,” Mr Muldoon told a post-caucus press conference.
