Whangarei reopens
Whangarei’s port opened again yesterday but work is expected to be restricted by an overtime ban by members of the Northland- branch of the Harbour Boards Employees’ Union. However a logloading dispute which led to a four-day strike is still simmering. The Waterfront Industry Tribunal will hear details of the dispute tomorrow. — (PA).
