Honesty on buses

Sir, — I wish to thank the person, persons and/or bus driver who made it possible for me to claim my duffel bag from the Transport Board lost property office last Wednesday. We hear so much of dishonesty and crime that I thought this the opportunity to remind the public that there is mostly goodness in people. The main reason for my gratitude was not that the bag contained my raincoat and transistor radio but it also carried my weekly race guide. At 70c a copy who can afford two a week? There is more honesty on the buses than you get on the horses. — Yours, etc., N. D. McLINTOCK. October 3, 1980.
