Adams loses snooker
PA Auckland Peter Michefski (Taranaki) staged a great fightback to beat Lou Adams (Canterbury) three games to two to qualify for post section play in the national snooker championship at Waiuku yesterday. Adams, who will travel to Australia for the world championships, brought about his own downfall when he went in off the black. Mischefski took his turn at the table, took all the colours and made sure of the match. Results:—
