'LSD tablets in car’

Eight hundred LSD tablets had been found in s man’s car when it wat stopped soon after a drug deal had been made with an undercover constable, according to evidence in the District Court yesterday. David Andrew Fraser, aged 24, a sickness beneficiary (Mr S. C. Barker), elected trial by jury on charges of possessing the LSD tablets, and allowing his vehicle to be used ' for trafficking in drugs bn July 16. He denied the charges. Messrs V. C. Clarke and V. C. Empson, Justices of the Peace, held there was. a sufficient case to answer and committed the defendant for trial on both charges. Sergeant J. J. Chaddertbn prosecuted.
