'Top brass' in abortion unit
PA Wellington The'Wellington Hospital Board has appointed the “top brass” of the proabortion lobby to work in the city’s Parkview abortion clinic, according to the national president of the Society for the Protection of the Unborn Child (Mrs Marilyn Pryor). Dr M. Sparrow, the former national president of the Abortion Law Reform Association' and Dr Carol Shand, who has been a leader in the General Practitioners’ Society, have both been appointed as
operating doctors at the clinic. Mrs Jan Clarke,, the former national secretary of the Abortion Law Reform Association, is working as a counsellor at the clinic.
“In addition, the' three doctors appointed as certifying consultants at the clinic were well known for their liberal views,” Mrs Pryor said, r® 1 ■ Mrs Pryor said the hospital board had provided the leaders of Wellington’s pro-abortion lobby with their own ’ State-funded abortion clinic.
