Blind seek $3000
The Association of the Blind and Partially Blind seeks $3OOO to help finance a publication of proceedings from a seminar held at Queen’s Birthday weed-end.
The seminar’s results would prove valuable next year, which would be the United ' Nations’ International Year of Disabled
Persons, said the national secretary of the association, Mr C. C., White. It was planned , to distribute 3000 copies-of the proceedings to individuals and organisations. The
seminar had dealt with the role of the disabled in the International Year of Disabled Persons.
