National players out of inter-island game

Two New Zealand representatives have been omitted from the inter-island teams which will meet today at the national' netball championships at the Hagley Park courts. Maxine Munro, formerly Blomquist, has been dropped from the South Island side, while Millie Munro, the Wellington goal-keeper, has been left out of the North Island team. The entire Canterbury team has been included in the southern side and, interestingly, Margaret Kamana of Wellington and Te Aroha Clarke from Auckland, both specialist goal-shooters, have won inclusion.
