A three-bedroomed 32-year-old weatherboard home, with a 3002 square metre section including a tennis court, was- passed in at $58,000 at auction yesterday. The house, which has a 1975 Government valuation
of $43,500. is at 120 Roydvale Avenue. Negotiations foir a sale are continuing. The auctioneer was Mr C. MacAuley for Farmers’ Real Estate. Correction Ashwood Downs, a Greendale cropping and fattening property, was sold at auction on Thursday by Dalgetys fop $547,000. The selling price was not $457,000, as reported in “The Press” yesterday. The property had a Government valuation of about $370,000.
