A well-known Greendale cropping property, Ashwood Downs, was sold yesterday for $457,000. ; ■< The 149 hectare property, which included a one-year-old house, the usual farm buildings, and a. comprehensive underground irrigation system, ■ had a Government valuation of about $370,000.
