A young nurse is back on duty in a London hospital after being chased by a lion, nudged by sharks and bitten by lizards. Clare Darrah, aged 22, was sponsored by Capital Radio to take part in a four-month voyage to Kenya in the Operation Drake expedition. Clare set sail in April on the 150-ton brigantine Eye of the Wind with 24 other young explorers from Britain and abroad. — London.
