Visit to Yugoslavia
PA Wellington A New Zealand Parliamentary delegation led by Dr I. J. Shearer (Nat., Hamilton Easti) will make a good-will visit to Yugoslavia and attend the autumn session of the InterParliamentary Union in East Berlin next month. In addition, the delega” , tion will attend a one-day debate on the O.E.C.D at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg and visit Swit-
zerland, Italy, Greece, Britain, and the United. States. Dr Shearer said that he would concentrate on three themes during the visits — environmental and conservation issues, assistance for the disabled, and the education area of the transition from school to work. The delegation will leave on August 30 and return on October 11.
