Offshore contract
PA Wellington New Zealand Offshore Services, Ltd, a company owned jointly by the Union Steam Ship Company of New Zealand, Ltd, and Australian Offshore Services, has been awarded a contract by Shell B.P. and Todd Oil Services, Ltd, to provide a supply ship. The ship will support the Sedco exploration drilling rig when it is working within New Zealand waters from this year.
