Horowhenua wins easily
PA ' Levin Horowhenua deservedly beat King Country at Levin, 21-7, on Saturday, and notched .its second win in the national second division championships. The teams were evenly matched for three quarters of the game, but splendid tries by Donald Lausen, and
Danny Ryland and some great goal-kicking by Mark Liddicot carried the day for the home side. Liddicot converted two tries and kicked three penalties. For King Country, David Frederickson scored a try and Sam Pye drop kicked a goal.
