NZPA Sydney The former Australian Minister of Primary Industry, lan Sinclair, was found not guilty in the District Criminal Court in Sydney; last evening on all nine charges concerning the company. returns of three-funer-al companies. ■ •
The jury returned the verdict; after retiring for .more than seven hours. C Mr Sinclair had pleaded not guilty to three '■ charges of forgery, three of uttering and’three of wilfully making' a false statement about the 197$ annual returns ■of the companies, of which- he was a director.
