Sunday parking
Sir, — In the light of the petrol crisis and ease of parking my friend and I de-, cided to take the motorcycle to the movies on Sum day night. The- most convenient park to the theatre was an .area allocated to motor-cycles in the Square. This was restricted to 10minute parking. After viewing the movie I found to my horror and disgust a parking offence ticket on the seat of my motor-cycle. My question is: .should our growing minority have to park great distances from our destination at legal parking places white the majority of gas guzzlers park closely with such privileges as no parking meter charges?” — Yours, etc., P. CUFF. . August 7, 1980.
