Burden on nurses
Sir, — A word in accord with Lorna Anker (August 8) with regard to the accessibility and accountability of public boards, such as the Hospital Board. When a question is validly raised through the medium of a correspondence column, it is vital that it is answered through the same medium, not relegated to a private conference. A public body must not only be accountable to the public; it must be seen to be accountable, — Yours, etc., JILL WILCOX. August 9, 1980.
