A 234 ha property at Ashwood Downs, near Darfield, fetched $429,000 at a public auction on Thursday. . The property has no buildings. Its Government , valuation is $175,000. It was incorrectly reported on Friday that the property sold was a 149 ha farm, at Greendale, near Darfield. This property will be auctioned by Dalgety (N.Z.), Ltd, on August 28. ■ i
