THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1977 APPROVED CHANGES TO COUNTY OF PAPARUA DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978, public notice is hereby given that Change No. 23 (filling of excavations or depressions) was approved by Faparua County Council by a resolution passed at its meeting held on August 4, 1980. The council resolved that the change shall come into operation on August 29, 1980. A copy of the change, as approved has been deposited at the offices of the council, 149 Main South Road, and may be inspected without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when that office is open to the public.
