THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1977 APPROVED CHANGES TO COUNTY OF PAPARUA DISTRICT SCHEME PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978, public notice is hereby given that Change No. 23 (filling of excavations or depressions) was approved by Faparua County Council by a resolution passed at its meeting held on August 4, 1980. The council resolved that the change shall come into operation on August 29, 1980.
