TRANSPORT ACT 1962 ON application by the N.Z. Road Transport Association, Inc., the Secretary for Transport has, by Decision No. 4223, granted an increase of 3.1 per cent -on all rural and route cartage schedules and 2.6 per cent on all town cartage rate schedules. The full decision, which has immediate effect, may be inspected at the Ministry of Transport office in Auckland. Hamilton, Napier, New Plymouth.
