Boyd Napier Roberts, aged l 26, a customs agent, whoj admitted two charges of supplying heroin, was com-j mitred to the High Court for! sentence by Judge Bisphan 1 in the District Court yester-* day. | I Mr B. I In explanation Roberts had told the polrce he had financial trouble and several outstanding accounts to pay and that he needed money.
