High Court hearing to continue
PA Auckland The High Court hearing into decisions of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Thomas case will continue next week. The court has been asked to review certain decisions Which the commission has made and to make an order halting further inquiries by the commission. It is at present hearing ! submissions on whether it ‘has jurisdiction to make these and other orders. The three presiding judges :are Mr Justice Moller, Mr I,Justice Holland, and Mr Justice Thorp.
